Callum Keith Rennie
Callum Keith Rennie is an autodidact painter. Born in England to Scottish parents, he has been painting for over 25 years. His work alludes to universal themes of ego and the self, hope and love. Works show vignettes of life and his lived experiences. Drawn to graphic works which incorporate text, mapping and personal iconography his paintings are influenced by music, poetry, and artists such as Motherwell, Stuart Davis and Basquiat. He combines elements of Modernism and Post- Modernism, Neo-expressionist painting, while reflecting his own unique creative, meditative painting style.
Callum Keith Rennie is an accomplished actor having performed in over 150 film and television projects, recognized with several important awards for his vast body of work as an actor.
The Night Show is his first public international art show.
